Board of Zoning Appeals
Meetings are scheduled when there is an appeal, conditional use, or variance to be heard .  Property owners within 500 feet are sent notifications of the hearing. Legal notices are advertised in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette.

Zoning Commission
Meetings are scheduled when there is an application filed for a zoning amendment. Property owners within 500 feet are sent notifications of the hearing. Legal notices are advertised in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette.
