CALL TO ORDER

by Jason Smith, Chair. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss employment in Executive Session. There may be possible action regarding employment after the Executive Session. Members present were Trustees Jason Smith, Carol Moore, Brian Randles, Fiscal Officer Nicole Jurgensmier and Administrator Anne Darling Cyphert. Motion by Moore, second by Randles to enter into Executive Session under ORC 121.22 to discuss employment. Motion carried 3-0.

FOLLOWING THE EXECUTIVE SESSION

Motion by Randles, second by Moore to approve the hiring of Aaron Sines as a part-time Firefighter/EMT-B upon completion of successful pre-employment requirements. Motion carried 3-0. The chair adjourned the meeting.
