Information on the Bloom Township web site is intended to be complete and accurate and is considered a public record according to the Ohio Revised Code (ORC). However due to security concerns and Ohio law, the web site is not the primary official record of Bloom Township. This web site is for informational purposes only.  Only information contained at the Bloom Township offices is the OFFICIAL record of Bloom Township and will supersede any information contained on the Bloom Township web site. If there is a discrepancy between information on the web site and the official record, the official record will control. The minutes that are kept on paper files in the Fiscal Officer's office at the Bloom Township Administration Building are the only approved official minutes of Bloom Township. Current financial reports are always available at all township meetings for any member of the public wishing to review them.

The Chief Fiscal Officer, Holly Mattei, is the official custodian of the records.
His office is open prior to each Board of Trustees meeting and by appointment, including evenings and weekends.
